1. Ordering & Product Availability

AIZ by Sanford offers a variety of home appliances and electronics for sale within India. All purchases are subject to acceptance by AIZ by Sanford, which may cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, even after confirmation.

Orders intended for freight forwarding may be cancelled. If payment has been made for a cancelled order, a full refund will be initiated.

If a product is out of stock, customers may contact AIZ by Sanford to be notified upon restocking.

2. Pricing Policy

Prices on the Site include applicable taxes. Final billing includes product price, delivery, and any handling fees.

AIZ by Sanford aims for pricing accuracy but reserves the right to cancel orders due to typographical or pricing errors—even post-confirmation. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

The product warranty will become active from the date of dispatch, ensuring coverage starts as soon as the item leaves our facility

10. Order Cancellation

• Send order number and date to info@sanford.in with subject ‘CancelPO’.
• Submit within 12 hours of ordering or WhatsApp to the number provided on the Site.
• Only full order cancellations are accepted.
• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped; instead, request a return.

11. Returns Process

• Email care@sanford.in with subject ‘ReturnPO’ and include order number and date.
• Returns apply only to purchases from sanford.in.
• Report physical damage within 24 hours with images.
• Eligible returns must be unused and in original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
• For returns due to other reasons, include a short note and contact 1800-4251163.
• A return label and AWB will be emailed to you. Ensure pickup is not missed.

12. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after item is returned and inspected.
• Only accepted returns are eligible for refund.
